Delivery
All products are to be sent by registered post. The delivery time varies according to the destination;
- UK & Europe: 3-5 days
- North America & Asia: 7-10 days
- Rest of the World: 10-14 days
Returns/Exchanges
- You may return undamaged, unopened items sold by MSM-CD within 28 days of delivery for a credit note.
- All shipping charges for return shall be bore by the customer.
- If you receive a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please return the product to us within 28 days of delivery. The return shipping costs will be taken care of by us.
- Refunds are not available.
